Your Relationship With Transcript Downloader:

Transcript Downloader is not responsible for the use or misuse by the user of any transcripts, metadata and audio once downloaded. Users confirm that they have all necessary rights or consents to download these transcripts, metadata and audio and that they will not use the platform-generated content for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

By using Transcript Downloader, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
By using Transcript Downloader, users are agreeing to be bound by the Meta Terms of Service.
By using Transcript Downloader, users are agreeing to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service.

Any funds that are uploaded to a user’s balance in Transcript Downloader are non-refundable.

Non-Solicitation & Intellectual Property Protection

• Users of Transcript Downloader agree not to directly or indirectly solicit for employment, contract, or partnership any current or former employee, contractor, or collaborator of Transcript Downloader whom they come into contact with through use of the platform or its services, for a period of 24 months from last contact or use of the platform.
• Additionally, users agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, duplicate, or create derivative works based on the functionality, design, interface, or underlying logic of Transcript Downloader, whether directly or through a third party.
• Any misappropriation, use, or distribution of proprietary code, system logic, business model, or confidential know-how of Transcript Downloader, whether by a user or their agents, shall constitute a breach of these terms and may result in legal action including injunctive relief and damages.
• These obligations regarding intellectual property, non-solicitation, and proprietary protections shall survive the termination or discontinuation of service use.
• Transcript Downloader reserves all rights under applicable trade secret, copyright, and unfair competition laws.

1. Eligibility
   Participation in the affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses who meet the criteria outlined by Transcript Downloader. By joining, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Commission Structure
   Affiliates earn a commission based on a percentage of the revenue generated from referred users or other criteria specified by Transcript Downloader. Current commission rates and details are available in the affiliate dashboard.
   Commission rates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Transcript Downloader. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate account dashboard.
3. Payments / Payouts
   Commissions will be paid on a per demand basis, on a schedule outlined in the affiliate dashboard, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
   Payment methods will be listed on the Affiliate page.
   Transcript Downloader reserves the right to delay payments to verify referrals and prevent fraudulent activity.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
   Using only approved promotional methods as outlined in the affiliate guidelines.
   Representing Transcript Downloader accurately and ethically.
   Complying with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including the FTC guidelines.
5. Tracking and Attribution
   Referred users are tracked through unique affiliate links. Transcript Downloader is not responsible for tracking failures due to user actions, browser settings, or technical issues.
6. Termination
   Transcript Downloader reserves the right to terminate or suspend affiliate accounts at its discretion for any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity.
7. Changes to the Affiliate Program
   Transcript Downloader reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or its terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
8. Disclaimer
   Transcript Downloader makes no guarantees regarding the success of affiliate promotions and shall not be held liable for any indirect or direct damages arising from participation in the program.
